This paper will for high-tech products marketing and the related theory of review,focuses on the theory of product marketing,big customer marketing theory and marketing theory,and then explores the market marketing theory for high-tech product marketing practice guidance and the role of change.Studying the marketing theory's logical thinking and refining process will help the author to explore the best marketing strategy system in this paper.Secondly,this paper takes inspur group as a case,high-tech products to China's expansion market environment analysis,mainly analyses the characters of macro environment,product market characteristics and the characteristics of competitive environment,with the SWOT method in-depth study of the wave of the group's operating environment,through the SWOT matrix by cross pairing that s + growth strategy,operating strategy of S + T and W+T defensive strategy of the four strategy combination transformation strategy,W+O twist,as the wave of the group's products competition and market expansion strategy.In the end,the author describes the construction of the marketing strategy system of the large customer service of the wave group and the strategy implementation measures,based on the guidance and the end result of the large customer service marketing strategy system.Among them,sums up the customer service marketing strategy system,mainly includes: market positioning,customer strategically synergetic recognition and positioning,customer,service innovation and marketing difference strategy and marketing strategy and in the establishment of customer information database,established with big clients of the comprehensive and effective communication,construction and customer partner relationship,to establish customer for the center of the organizational structure,the establishment perfect client service management and establish a perfect customer marketing mechanism and evaluation method of the six aspects put forward customer service strategy implementation measures.
