Conglomerate Financial Management Informationization And Applied Research On JL Group

In order to realize the rapid development, the conglomerate must fully utilize internet, e-business and information technology. In the meantime, the financial management mode, business process of the conglomerate must be changed accordingly. Informationization using information technology to improve conglomerate financial management, to realize business process modification or to reengineering and enhance the supervision on value stream. This paper insists on using right philosophic and scientific methodologies to treat the research topics, then to draw the conclusion systematically instead of unilaterally. Through material analyzing to actual matters, this paper tried to review on China and western enterprise group financial management informationization histories. It revealed the meaning of financial management informationization of the conglomerates, researched their development process and the foundational conditions, compared the differences of the developing process and conditions between the westerns and China. By discussing the main problems during informationization, it construed how to set up the aims, principles, structures and operations for conglomerate financial management informationization according the actual circumstance of theconglomerates, then to find out the key points and problems and finally to find out the solutions. Taking JL group for example, this paper disclosed its background, macro and micro financial management environments, did the SWOT analysis combined with its strategic aims, then summarized the present status and main problems, followed with the analysis of its aims, principles and three basic frameworks including network framework, database framework and technology framework, plus hardware and software basis, then scrutinized its layout process and design procedures, finally tried to get some useful rules and experiences during JL group' s financial management informationization from the beginning plan to final operation process.Through these studies, the author sincerely hopes that the experiences or lessons in this paper will be helpful to the conglomerates or enterprise financial management informationization in China.During the process of JL group informationization construction, the author is a member of the informationization construction team of the group management company. The main job included positive involving in the project set up discussion, offering theoretical and actual suggestion in planning, spreading the project, communicating with the managers and members of subsidiaries, fulfilling the ideal and goal of the project to the staffs etc. In addition, during the execution of the process, the responsibilities involves in supervise the actual effects carefully and report to management leaders in time, find out the outstanding matters, correct the variances and so on. According to the limited experiences from this case, the author sincerely hope the opinion will be helpful for more conglomerates and enterprises.
