Manufacturing and marketing educational electronic products, Yingdi Corporation is full of responsibility and "serves English-learning people sincerely." Now, the corporation has some difficulties in the course of its run. This paper intends to combine this theory with the running practice of Yingdi Corporation, offering good thoughts for the corporation to construct its core competences.In order to find out the feasible scheme for the corporation to construct its own core competences, this paper carries on certain searching to the theory of the core competence on the basis of absorbing relevant materials. This paper begins its analysis with company abilities - the foundation of core competences, and puts forward the range that competences should be limited. And then this paper combines the essence of the core competence and generally acknowledged characteristics to make its new definition of the core competence. On this basis, this paper puts forward a new concept of the Support System of the core competence, making the theory have a more complete system. And then, this paper proposes in practice-level the steps for enterprises to construct their own core competences.After developing the theory of the core competence, this paper combines it and the reality of Yingdi Corporation, making a large amount of analysis from the trade of the corporation to the corporation itself. And then, the corporation's constructing its core competences based on marketing is confirmed. Finally, this paper expounds the implementing that Yingdi Corporation constructs its core competences and perfects the corresponding support system.
