In recent years, the marketing-channels has become the count for much topic in Chinese enterprise fast footstep melted into world. Actually marketing-channel strategy neglect in the long time , which are enterprise core competitive power indeed. We must excavate the potential of the marketing channels in order to seek the new fountainhead of enterprise profit rise and further reduces the operation cost. However, it is unable to compare the theory and practice of marketing channels in the developed country because our circulation of commodities domain is product of planned economy from founding of the people republic of china to the end of 80's in 20 century.Among many problems, it appears outstandingly in the design and the whole achievements of marketing-channels that has brought the very big puzzle for enterprise's development. This thesis aims at researching how to design and evaluate the whole marketing-channels that stands in the manufacturer.At first, the thesis confirmed the essentiality once again and concluded the theory in marketing-channels and that analyzed environment of marketing-channels inside and outside. On the base of this, it constituted the foundation in the marketing-channel project.Then, the length and width of marketing-channels design were be analyzed particularly. This thesis improved the process in marketing-channels which stand in customers.Finally, it was core in the thesis that has studied the issue of marketing-channels appraising mostly. From the manufacturer angle, we proposed the system of whole marketing-channel appraising and adopt the fuzzy synthesis method to appraise the performance of whole marketing-channels that was be the base of marketing-channels design and appraising.I hope that the article can give a hand with design and appraise of the marketing-channels ,and make our corporation become an important part in the world.
