| In nowadays society, pervasive attention has been paid on product quality in economy construction of industrial-oriented communities. Both developed countries and developing ones have realized the importance of product quality as well as the effective approach to improve it. According to modern quality engineering theory, product quality has to be firstly designed before being made out. By quality verify only waster is eliminated, product quality is not improved. Therefore, improving design quality should be the starting point and the critical one of the whole quality management and control work. However, whether in theoretical or practical aspect, there are several drawbacks in existing design quality control methods. Some theories of design quality control are not closely linked with quality management system, and some lack farther study, especially information technology is applied rarely. Aiming at these problems, this thesis studies deeply on methods of design quality control, establishes a model of design quality control, studies Design Quality Control System(DQCS) and integrate measures of design quality assurance into process of design. Firstly, based on research of product design process and combined with modern Quality Design Technology, Quality Analysis Methods and Quality Assurance Measures, this thesis puts forward a general thought for design quality control, and establishes a model. Secondly, according to the model of design quality control, the author researches DQCS. On the basis of system requirement and integrated application of PDM, system function structure is built up and development mode & environment is chosen. Thirdly, this thesis makes an emphasis on the key technologies, i.e. design quality control planning, design quality audit and quality bottleneck control. This paper first brings forward and studies mathematics methods for setting up point of audit. Finally, this thesis introduces system developing and realization, and verifies it by an instance. |
