Real Estate Residential Project Planning And Design Stage Quality Control Research

At present, the competition of the real estate industry is increasing intense, the people also put more attention to the quality of the building. Because of the special nature of the real estate industry, it affects our living conditions and thebasis of the harmonious society and has higher risk because of the higher profits.The key factor that is the quality of the building affects the grow of the buniess, enterprises still have a lots of problems on the theory of service quality management and the experience.It is clear about the wholenss, purposefulness and practicality on estate industry,but lacks on the guidance theory. Management depends on the developer and lacks of policies and regulations.,This paper which based on a management system and the theory, discusses the management of the building, and it introduces the main factors about the quality of the building. This paper focuses on the quality management of planning and design stage, and makes the mathematical model.Because the model in the domestic and academic circles and enterprise practice is very few, in order to avoid a pure practicality research,this paper combiner the concrete typical enterprise and case studies to from practice to explore new management mode. This manuscript discusses the mode based on the survey study of the X by means of both questionnaire and theoretic analysis together.The mode is made under TQM principles, market reaction and consumer demand, the main of the mode is positioning theory of planning and design, starting from the content of the work. At the end,this paper through the sales results proves the validity of the management and the mode.
