The Third-Party Logistics is the service which is provided by the intermediary service provider, the provider supplies the whole or parts of logistics services accord with the requirement from some enterprises through the contract. The companies which can provide the third party logistics services be called the Third-Party Logistics provider. Because of the difference of logistics service requirements, there are many kinds of Third-Party Logistics companies in the logistics market, these companies are quite different in scales and levels. The price is becoming the direct competitive measure, facing the complex market. The effective price tactics should not only complete the short-time target, but also consider the long-time benefit. How to draw up the appropriate price tactics is a difficult problem for the most of the Third-Party Logistics Providers.This article is based on the guideline of marketing pricing. Firstly it characters the Third-Party Logistic market according to different level of demanding. Secondly it distinguishes the Third-Party Logistic enterprises with different aiming market in accordance with their scales and integrities of services, then gives brief analysis on the base of the competition the Third-Party Logistic enterprises have to face. Lastly it studies that when the Third-Party Logistic enterprises face the different challenge, what pricing tactics they will adopt.This paper consists of five parts: introduction, the Third-Party Logistics cooperation and products, market analysis for the Third-Partythe summary. Inside of them, the third part and the forth part are most important parts.
