With the rapid development of economy and technology, logistics industry as an emerging sector in the national economy is developing rapidly in the world. And also China's rapid economic development bringing enormous logistics demand which stimulate the domestic logistics'development and promote the formation of logistics' market in resent years. In order to improve the company's profits and reduce costs, many companies have to change their management strategy and turn to the third-party logistics, which makes up the rapid development of the third-party logistics. Third-party logistics provides logistics services, which directly affect the price of the company's share and profitability. Therefore, the third-party logistics have to pay much attach in logistics services price to improve its competition and attract more consumers.For the logistics suppliers, service pricing can recover the costs in time, gain the trust of customers and expand market share.At the same time, for the demanders, it can significantly reduce the transaction costs caused by asymmetric information, which allows the third-party logistics to focus on core competencies. In this context, this thesis considers the seasonal fluctuations in the pricing of the service, redefining the cost condition that makes occurrence of third-party logistics and establishing an effective method to price the third-party logistics service which will more meet the actual operation. Firstly, this thesis discusses the background and significant of the research, together with the current application research home and abroad. Then, the main structure and methods of this thesis is introduced. Secondly, on the one hand, chapter two discusses the characteristics, objectives and the pricing factors of logistics services. On the other hand, through the analysis of the current traditional pricing methods, find out the gap between theory and practice. According to the characteristics of seasonal fluctuation, establishing a pricing model for third-party logistics service which considering the manufacturer is a monopoly of the product market and the supplier is a monopoly of the service market, using game theory to analyze the pricing of third-party logistics at non-cooperation case. Besides that, further extends the model by considering the impact of logistics service quality; Thirdly, chapter four discuss the manufacture's optimal cost and the optimal service capabilities changing with the seasonal fluctuation; Then, revenue management is used to analysis the price reduction of the third-party logistics by game theory; Finally, chapter five summarize the conclusions of the whole article and point out the shortcomings in the research, the further research is directed.
