From 196O's,due to the changing of the global operational circumstance, corporation governance of "shareholder- supremacy" adored by American ,Britain and other western countries were confronted with such problems as corporation ethical, social obligations,natural environment and so on. "shareholder- supremacy" corporation governance made managers under great pressure of short-term objection with no time to pay attention to the long -term development. Therefore, it hinders the interest of shareholders in the long run. On this background, stakeholder theory has more and more influence on the countries in Anglo-Saxon system.The firm is a system of primary stakeholder group in stakeholder theory, and is a complex relation gather with different power, aim, expectation and responsibility. The survive of the firm must depend on all stakeholders'support, shareholder is just one. But the degree that different stakeholders influence the firm and are influenced is different. And because of finite resource ,the firm can not satisfy all stakeholder. So the company shoulden't address different stakeholders in same strategy, should classify the stakeholders from different dimensionalities to balance the requirement of the different stakeholders.Although many scholars from different countries had done lots of researches on the definition, classification and management of stakeholders, but the research most lack empirical support ,and most is static and lack dynamic empirical research.The paper tries to combine stakeholder theory and organizational life cycle theory. On base of the empirical research on the classification and the relationship of the stakeholder management and financial performance, the author researches dynamically issues of the stakeholder management.The author investigates senior managers from various enterprises, and uses SPSS11.5 to do data analysis. We conclude: first, the importance of the stakeholder change with organization life cycle, then we classify stakeholders. One is key stakeholder, other is no-key stakeholder and the last is verge stakeholder; Second, in the one development stage, the contribution of different stakeholders is different. In the different development stage, the contribution of the same stakeholder is not, too; Third, on the empirical and normal research, the author propose the stakeholder management strategy based on organization life cycle.
