In the process of enterprise development, each stage of life cycle, the enterprise should adopt corresponding to the characteristics of organizational structure mode. But many companies don’t want to change the mode of organization structure, even if some companies have taken measures, but they don’t think that it is key. Why these enterprises would rather sacrifice the company development opportunity, they aren’t willing to change the organizational structure of the enterprise?Through the analysis of the characteristics of different stages of the enterprise life cycle, we can identify the management bottleneck of enterprises. Through the study of the enterprise organization structure model change, we can look for the direction and measures to solve the management problems of enterprise. Through the analysis of enterprise stakeholders interests, we find out the conditions of the organization growing, and ensure effectiveness of the direction and measures of the reform of the organization structure. Finally, we can improve controllability of enterprise.Enterprises pay more attention to the management organization structure is reasonable, high efficient organization structure model, the study found only reflect the organizational structure of enterprise stakeholders can effectively promote the long-term development of the enterprise, the relevant protection benefit enterprise organizational structure model is only better rights, the overall interests of the enterprise can obtain the guarantee, acceptance will the progress of the society, the probability will obtain commercial opportunities.
