Training is important for any company. And in every stage of the development of the company, the employees need to be trained indeed, in order to improve the level of their skills so as to make better service for the their companies. Of course, it’s also the rules of the insurance company. As we know, the competitions between insurance companies are actually about the good employees at sales. Which company got better salesman it also will be better during the market. And better human resources not only can help the company to increase its number of the business market share but also the business income. So, good training for the employees becomes a very important thing during business.This article is about the training for the employees in Ping An Insurance Company, with introducing the method of project management which is mainly about stakeholder management, and the discussing about stakeholders management will be divided as its five steps. Firstly, Stakeholder identification, which means we will adopt brainstorming, interview, and expert judgment method to make sure that we can distinguish stakeholders comprehensive. Secondly, We have to recognize and classify the stakeholders, and then, According to the situation, the stakeholders are divided into three types, such as positive type, negative type, and mixed type. Thirdly, stakeholders sequencing, adopts two methods as qualitative and quantitative. Based on the power and influence of matrix stakeholders ranking reflects a more qualitative analysis. To use the weighted analysis model to built the stakeholders comprehensive score table, in the aspect of quantitative analysis. To determine the various types of stakeholders according to the ranking score, and then pinpoint the different attention rate to the different types of the stakeholders. Fourthly, formulate the Management strategies and measures which are suitable for the stakeholder according to the actual situation. Fifthly, Make the plan for the stakeholder management, and make the management policy and measures from including and analyzing the identification, classification, sorting of the stakeholders. To get the plan of stakeholder management with coordinating stakeholder communication work table. To form into five summary of conclusions from researching the "New Employee Retention" of Ping An Insurance Company. They are the stakeholder list, stakeholders comprehensive score table, stakeholder communication work table and the stakeholders register. To reach the five conclusions, we have to base on practicing of the project, benefit from the different theories and methods of stakeholder management during the whole researching process. They go through the entire stakeholder management plan, and have got a very big practical guiding significance to start a project.
