Transformational leadership is one of the most popular topics of western leadership researches since 1980s, and also has become the new paradigm of leadership research. Transformational leadership has been used widely in the enterprises. However , there are few empirical researches related to transformational leadership in china. What are the relationships between the entrepreneur's transformational leadership and employees'job satisfaction in non-state enterprises of China? This research was designed to answer these questions.The current study is designed to describe and examine the effects of employees' perceptions of leader's leadership style on the job satisfaction of employees at non-state enterprises in China. A total of more than 200 employees at non-state enterprises in Si-chuan province took part in this study. The participants completed the three sets of self-reported questionnaires, including Background Characteristics, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (Li Chao-ping, 2003) and job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 1985). The collected data were computed and analyzed via descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and one-way linear regression analysis. The findings of the study were generalized as follows:(1) The overall job satisfaction of employees at non-state enterprises in Chinawas at a medium degree. The highest degree of job satisfaction by employees in these enterprises was represented by coworker interaction and the lowest degree of job satisfaction was pay;(2) Significant relationships existed in perceived entrepreneur's transformational leadership style relative to gender, age, educational background, and years of professional experience;(3) Significant differences existed among employees' overall job. satisfaction relative to educational background;(4) Overall perceived entrepreneur's transformational leadership style emerged as the significant predictor of the employees' job satisfaction. Transformational leadership style significantly and positively predicted job satisfaction.
