In recent years,transformational leadership becomes the leading leadership style to inspire or transform the employees to have the motivation and employee satisfaction that can bring the achievement of the organization and the employee themselves.The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of transformational leadership to job satisfaction and work motivation in Small and Medium Enterprises in Myanmar.And in this research work motivation will be mediating role.And in this research,we only focus on only the two characteristics of transformational leadership which are(Inspirational motivation and Idealized influence(behavior).Also in this study,we mainly find the effects of these two characteristics on Job satisfaction and work motivation.Nowadays,every organization needs to learn an energetic leadership style and effective strategies for organizations to keep one place in the marketplace and serve the new products craving customers.Job satisfaction has become a key achievement strategy for the organization,that leads to recognition,income,promotion,and the achievement of other goals.And motivation is the primary fuel that can encourage driving the employees’ satisfaction(job satisfaction).In this study,360 employees are conducted with a questionnaire survey that is working at small and medium enterprises in Myanmar.Transformational leadership is measured by the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaires(MLQ Form 5X).Work motivation is held by base on the Self-Determination Theory with Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale(MWMS).And Job satisfaction was measured by Satisfaction Theory.And the collected data sets from these 360 respondents are used to evaluate the seven hypotheses with version 21 of the Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS).In this study,results show that transformational leadership and job satisfaction are correlate each other and work motivation can play as a mediation constant value between transformational leadership character inspirational motivation and idealized influence behavior positively effect on job satisfaction and work motivation.In this research we proved that only two character of transformational leadership style will improve the motivation and job satisfaction running as a different style of organization.
