Because of the particularity of coal production, natural disasters and major disasterscaused by mine casualties have occurred in the work process of the Mine workers . After theevent of underground coal mine , it need the precise positioning of staff, determine theposition of the mine staff , thereby to make effectively underground organization andmanagement of personnel. Especially after the catastrophic accident by mine personnel , toobtain accurate location information, so that accurate and timely rescue teams can reach thedisaster site where they implement rescue work to the trapped workers.Against the specific environmental conditions of production of coal mine in this paper, anew underground mine personnel precision positioning system which combine the reverse ofRFID technology and WiFi technology has been given on the basis of introducing thetraditional positioning system and positioning technology. The core idea about precisepositioning system of underground in this paper is to use digital radio frequency identificationtechnology to digitize geographic information of the coal mine's location, the accuracy ofdigital geographic information can reach the number of the level of meter ;and then thepositioning terminals carried by the staff read the accurate positioning digital information ofthe location which reported by wireless means to the positioning server Inoue to analysis andidentify, which realize the accurately positioning of the coal mine .So we can carry outeffective implementation of coal mine safety production organization and managementthrough the exact position of staff underground mine .The system consists of three part, which are"location information acquisition part","date conmmunication part"and"inoue location server part". The overall design of theunderground personnel positioning system has been completed, the design andimplementation of the positioning information collection system has also been finished,and the software flow chart of the positioning terminal ,the software modules and signal flow charthas been given. The process of choosing the program, selection of the component and the PCBplat making process have been detailed described.
