In recent years, Chinese auto market has maintained rapid growth momentum. The increase of private cars and the rapid development of transport directly cause the surge in the number of drive learner. Vehicle Management Office has faced a serious pressure of examinations. The method of manual testing is influenced by human factors. This method is low efficiency and the test standards are not uniform. The promotion of E-Examination effectively improved the efficiency and eased the pressure of examination. The No.91 Decree promulgated by Ministry of Public Security came into force, scene-driving examination increased to 10 items. Through the research of 10 items, an examination system for vehicle driver's scene-driving skill has been designed in this paper. This system is fair, just, open and efficient completion of test tasks, to meet current market demand.Variety of heterogeneous sensor data fusion has been used in the scene-driving test system design, so it can make accurate judgments of the state of test vehicle and determinate the results. This test system including: One machine multiple venues inverted pile test system and Nine items test system. One machine multiple venues system uses a computer control multiple parallel site examinations, reduce the number of examination staff and labor, improve test efficiency; Nine items test system can achieve the remaining nine items of examination.Hardware design including: detection of host, vehicle extension and matrix LED display. The host determines and uploads the test results; vehicle extension can achieve acquisition and transmission of car signal during the test; matrix LED display is in order to achieve the public of examination results, the examination results will be displayed immediately. In addition, to prevent the phenomenon of fake examinees take the test, a way to verify the identity of candidates has been implemented in this paper, which is integrated second-generation ID card and fingerprint verification. It can effectively prevent fake examinees take the test.
