Japanese invaders set up the library, as a tool for the Japanese imperialist aggression, not only the original books in the Northeast suffered a rare failure, but also to take various measures to promote the Japanese aggressors the spirit of Japanese culture, instilling the Japanese thought, enslaving people of the Northeast, and services directly to the Japanese imperialist war.This article is divided five chapters.Body of the first part is to introduce the full set of iron Changchun Library historical conditions and construction. This section in chronological order from 1907 to 1945, 38 years to be divided into four stages. The first stage, from 1907 to 1921, the establishment of the library and members of cultural popularization period. Second stage, from 1922 to 1930, the colonial period of cultural infiltration and propaganda. The third stage, from 1931 to 1936, is to collect literature and plunder of resources during the Chinese classics. The fourth stage, from 1937 to 1945, a wartime system, the invasion of the investigative bodies.The second part describes the management of the library. This section consists of two sections. Section I describes the management of the personnel agency. Section II describes the classification of library operations and library management. This section describes the Changchun Puppet Library is a library classification Decimal Classification used to classify organizational forms; Puppet Changchun library catalog; Puppet Changchun Library features collection.The third part describes the activities of library associations and publications. This section consists of two sections. Section I of the Library Association and its activities. II, respectively, from the full library and a puppet regime in Manchuria Railway Library Library Association presented two lines of publications.The fourth part discusses the function and role of libraries in Changchun. This section is divided into three sections. Section I of the Japanese militarist aggression, Changchun library services. Section II describes the use of Social Education, Changchun Library enslavement people thought. Section III describes the practical significance of library resources.Final conclusion, the Japanese invaders set up enslaving people in the Northeast library education, youth physical and mental persecution, plundering of resources in Northeast China to provide information services and other activities reveals the Changchun Puppet Library is for the Japanese imperialist invasion of China service delivery tool.
