The Shengjing Times,as an important public opinion field for Japan and Manchukuo,has assumed the important task of educating the public and propagandizing colonialism.The Education Weekly as a special issue of the Shengjing Times has inevitably become a propaganda for Japanese colonial education tool.Education Weekly started publication from 1934 to ceased publication in 1942.It went through the process of the decline of the colonial education in Manchukuo.It not only witnessed the changes in the newspaper's propaganda tactics and propaganda contents,but also reflected the changes in the war situation of Japan's war of aggression.Changes in colonial education policy.The paper mainly examines the colonial discourse of the Shengjing Times Education Weekly and examines how Education Weekly promotes colonialism to the public,especially young students,and realizes the goal of enslaving education.The dissertation mainly studies the founding background and purpose of Education Weekly,the expression of colonial discourse,the writer of colonial discourse,and the object of colonial discourse through the literature research method.It is hoped that the Education Weekly can be more comprehensively demonstrated through multiple angles of investigation.Publicize strategies and content to objectively and impartially demonstrate the essence of Manchukuo education.The introduction of educational policies and regulations during the period of the Manchukuo Period and the evolution of educational institutions determine the nature of the Manchukuo education.The content and propaganda strategy of the Education Weekly is a concrete embodiment of its editorial policy.Its authors are especially editors and reporters who hold the right to speak.It determines the direction of its public opinion,and its target audience is its object who wants to achieve enlightenment through propaganda.The paper hopes to demonstrate the essence of the Education Weekly colonial education tool and how it wants to achieve what kind of publicity and education for the subjects through multi-dimensional and multi-subject inspections;on the basis of this,it also hopes to make it possible for the Japanese-Pakistani in the Manchurian Puppet State.The historical facts of colonial education provide some evidence.
