Belt ingredient-mixing control system plays an important part in the compound fertilizer productive process。The compound fertilizer production and quality depends on the control quality of ingredient-mixing system ; usually , there are many projects which the ingredient-mixing system adopt micro-computer controlled。This paper introduces the design and formation of a semi-automatic control system of a company's compound fertilizer supplying raw materials production line in some detail。The system was composed of the auto alteration based on the original one which totally controlled by handwork。The system includes upper computer IPC,lower computer transducer,serial communication adopter,intelligence sensor and so on;among this,the main structure was consist of the IPC with transducer connected with serial communication adopter and IPC with kinds of sensors connected with collection card;And these compose a semi-automatic ingredient-mixing and distributing control system。Before starting production,the system only need transport the raw material to the feed bin and set the technology formula by the operator on the upper computer。The production process is controllable and record production data automatically。The inquire and statistics of data of the raw material and productions is convenient to get。The system's data are entirely managed by the upper computer。And on-the-spot electric equipment are monitored and controlled based on the status information which get from the transducer and collection card。The transducer can monitor the motors'work status;The ingredient-mixing belts are real-time controlled based on the information which get from the collection card。The kernel control arithmetic of the system adopt the fuzzy theory control。The system gets the real-time information by the collection card when it works and work out the real weight of the raw material. Comparing with the real demand technology formula, the system gets the error signal. The signal and its variety rate signal work as the fuzzy controller's input. The system gets the fuzzy output signal by the decision-making of the fuzzy controller. The system translated the output signal into the control signal of the lower computers and transmitted them to the lower computers. The supply of raw material was controlled. At the same time, the system is accommodated using the second fuzzy control with the error signal of comparing proportion of each belts'accumulative weight with the proportion of technology formula expected. This assures the system's real-time character of the raw material ingredient-mixing and balance character of the gross supply.The system proceeding of the upper computer are programmed by WinCC,which has the function of data manage of the formula raw material,production manage,real-time monitor and data record and other assistant function。The alteration system improve the definition and production efficiency and the inquire and statistics of data of the raw material is convenient。So it has highly application value。...
