| E-Manual System is used to do the inventory and reports management for the semiconductor company. This project is used to manage the import materials, export product, scrap product data, inventory data generation, BOM data generation, and also the materials and product conversion, all of these have the particularity of the semiconductor. Because of the complex techniques, and also there are many kinds of the materials and products, the data is majority, so it needs not only to care about the data accuracy and also the performance for the system design.E-Manual system is divided into two parts: data collection,combination and reports management. We use the UNIX shell scripts and PL/SQL to do the coding for the data collection and combination part. The scripts run in the UNIX server. For the reports generation part, the system uses the B/S structure, we use the Java language to do the development. The reports management applications run in the Windows server. The system uses the Oracle to be the database. To improve the sensitivity for the reports management part, the system uses the CSS and JavaScript technology, trying to make the system to be easy to use for the operators. The data collection module is used to draw the data from the ERP system and load them into the E-Manual system; it includes the imports data, export data, scrap data, working flow data and so on. The data combination module is used to format the collection data according to the Customs request, includes the BOM data, inventory data and so on. The reports management module is used to generate the reports according to the Customs request, this module includes the authority management, the basic data management, import and export CD management and also the reports generation and history reports checking.E-Manual system has been used by the end users. From the feedback, it has give the positive impact on the users data collection, combination and reports generation, improve the data accuracy and efficient. |
