The development of the industry makes the process of production to be complex day by day, the scale expands even more, it uses traditional computer common control system in production,Once the computer presents the breakdown,it will have the serious accident which the overall system is in paralysis, and the production will be suspended.Its reliability and the stability are bad.In order to enhance system's reliability and stability and satisfy the request of the spread risk in the industrial control, US, Japan and Europe start to develop collection and distribution control system (DCS). Along with the appearance and mature of the field bus technology, it has urged the collection and distribution control system (DCS) to the transition of the field bus control system (FCS). Field bus CAN (Controller Area Network) is the very quick development of field bus in the recent years, has the international standard field bus only at present. It has strong timeliness, far transmitting range, anti-electromagnetic interference ability, low cost and so on。It obtains the widespread application in the field of the industrial automation, intelligent construction, test automation and so on.The design of the collection and distribution controller circuit which is based on MCU, takes the MCU integrated circuit as the controlling system, the external connection keyboard electric circuit and the liquid crystal display electric circuit are as the man-machine interaction contact surface.Based on designing the CAN bus system intelligent control node,this carries on the intelligence transmission through the CAN main line, And realize to the control PLC and the feedback of information, to realize the intelligence transmission and the control function of the system.At the same time,it should realize the controlled process network and the intellectualization under the industry environment. The topic involves the design of hardware circuit schematic diagram, including control system's design, the CAN intelligence node's design, the connection interface design which the connection RS-232 transforms the CAN connection and so on. Draws up the schematic diagram and PCB with the software of Protel99se, and completes the hardware circuit. And carries on the initialization programming and the hardware circuit debugging to the system, proofs the applied feasibility of system.
