Wireless sensor networks has very promising future applications in health care, disaster relief, military detection and environmental monitoring etc. Meanwhile, the connection between wireless sensor network and the physical world is very close, the functions and behaviors of the wireless sensor are greatly affected by the deployment. This leads to the tests prior to the system deployment can only provide a general evaluation of the parameters and the correctness of the post deployment. Therefore, how to detect the failures quickly and effectively as well as determining the reason and repairing it, is one of the key problems needs to be solved in modern wireless sensor networks.Tarax Node is developed to be used in intelligent water-saving irrigation of farmland, environment monitoring etc. Because of the deployment environment and software failures,Tarax Node online debugging system is an online debugging platform aiming at failures.When Tarax Node device collects data, which can be applied to wireless sensor network debugging work, The debugging system has such functions: examining registers in chip module of Tarax Node and other important parameters, modifying some register state values to achieve the purpose of examining the working of the device, detecting, locating and repairing part of the running fault, such as short distance nodes cannot join the normal network, long distance node cannot send and receive text messages.
