Design And Implementation Of A Safe Taxation Inspection Management System

Under the help of information technology, the construction of tax informationization is going ahead at an unprecedented speed, which also brings up a profound revolution to the concept, mode and procedures of tax management. The informationization of taxation inspection management system is not only a trend of the tax informationization, but also an actual need of the tax management.After an analysis on the requirements of taxation inspection system, this paper has realized a design strictly in accordance with the idea of model blocks which consist of the following functional model blocks as to case resources management, auditing inspection, auditing approval, auditing implementation, auditing inquiry and system establishment. In view of the present protruding question of information safety, a concept of safe taxation inspection management has been put forward in the system design, which also utilizes a plurality of safety techniques such as the pin code technique, digital signature, digital certification and safe socket layer to solve the problems of standardization and safety in the taxation inspection management system.This paper has a thorough demand analysis of the system based on the introduction of relative safety techniques, which also has a detailed analysis and design of the system function and model blocks. A general design plan of the safety system was established in accordance with the general description, model blocks and structural pattern of the system; the realization part introduces the realizing method of various model blocks and safety mechanism of the system. The safe taxation inspection management system has the following five main functions:the case resources management model block which registers and dispatches the auditing cases; the auditing inspection model block which dispatches and checks the cases to be inspected; the auditing approval model block which dispatches and approves the cases to be approved; the auditing implementation model block which dispatches and processes the cases to be implemented; the auditing inquiry management model block which processes the auditing information inquiry and statistical inquiry. This management system can effectively strengthen the taxation inspection work of tax institutions on the violation of tax and improve the auditing work efficiency.
