The paper introduces emphatically modeling craft for carbon anode of the Aluminum GUIZHOU branch company, through to the carbon profession's description which affects in the electrolytic Aluminum industry. The article takes the anode 2nd modeling of the GUIZHOU branch company Carbon-Factory as the example, the computer control and the system integrated completely and t the third party communication in the anode modeling system of GUIZHOU branch company Carbon factory, analyzed the original system's malpractice, utilized the soft-hard product and the technical method of Rockwell Corporation's DCS and SLC as well as the network communication. The article realizes successfully gathering to parameter and the computer monitoring through the technology of the Control-Net and the:Earth-Net, establishes the database, analysis and processes to the essential data, mounts the firewall, mounts interface which exchange with outside communication. And also carried on to the essential equipment long-distance regarded the screen monitoring.This paper through the analysis research which controls to the kneading machine, has been solved the problem of control technology for kneading machine of American B&P Corporation in carbon anode modeling manufacture system, through handling mathematics modeling and MATLAB software. Further enhanced the quality of mix pinches for the anode thickener, enhanced the bulk density of anode carbon block, ensure the physics and chemistry target of anode carbon block.This paper through to analyzing the data of level control for the ball mill, discovered which the PID control conventional is very difficult to meet the craft need, utilizes based on the PLC system fuzzy control algorithm, has solved the anode ball mill level control.The paper takes the anode 2nd modeling of the GUIZHOU branch company Carbon-Factory as the example, elaborates in detail the data communication and the construction of computer integrative system for the anode 2nd modeling, detailed analysis and simulates mathematical to the control of the kneading machine, elaborates fuzzy control of material level for the ball mill.
