Due to the shortage of time-consuming and poor precision of the traditional color matching methods, by studying ANFIS theory and color theory, I propose two methods of computer color matching, one is that researches the performance of ANFIS used in computer color matching for textile dyeing, establishes the ANFIS model for color matching. The other is that analyzes the characteristics of the color matching and the mixed color theory and abstracts the main related factors in the process of the color matching, and then the main factors are picked up to set up a computer model of color matching in textile dyeing, and establishes the mathematics model based on the mixtures of three colorants, and I use Simulated Annealing algorithm to solve the model.Firstly, this starts with the analysis of the general theory underlying the ANFIS, and then establishes the model of textile color matching combining ANFIS. The simulation process is demonstrated and comparisons of simulation error and network performance are discussed. We have analyzed the advantages, disadvantages and improving measures in the paper.Secondly, considering the shortage of poor precision and slow convergence speed of the ANFIS, Due to the shortage of easy to trap into local minima, the genetic algorithm is introduced into the ANFIS to improve the network and the ANFIS based on GA algorithm is proposed. Then the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of Membership function of ANFIS and in the small solution space to find out the optional solution. This algorithm can overcome the shortage of easy to trap into local optimum of the ANFIS and slow convergence speed of the genetic algorithm with large scale of the group.Finally, On the basis of the data of dyeing samples, we found the mapping between the concentration and the color values of the pigments, establishes the mathematics model based on the mixtures of three colorants, and uses Simulated Annealing algorithm to solve the model. Results show: the mathematics model based on the mixtures of three colorants had stable performance, high precision and obtained satisfactory results.The methods proposed in this paper provide two new ways for computer color matching for textile dyeing and present new reference for further application and theory for textile color matching simultaneously, which have certain values for reference in theory study and application research.
