Along with recruitment expansion of college across the country these years, the number of graduate students increases greatly. It not only brings a tremendous challenge to employment and employment management of college, but increases the difficulty for enterprises how to choose educated persons among so many candidates. As a result, it is feasible to establish a wide demand and supply relation between schools and enterprises to settle the problem of graduate student employment. This management system for employment information gives a chance for both graduate student and enterprise to communicate, also the information management for graduates.This paper mainly presents the method which is adopted in the graduates employment information and develops this management system, after investigating the process of graduates management. This system is based on B/S mode, is developed in ASP programming language which is easy to expand and object-oriented, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as background database, IIS as a Web server. In system, functions such as information record of graduates and enterprises, release of employment information, retrieval of information, consultant on-line are implemented. The system make employment information management more scientific, standard and information-based, and promote the employment supervisory work.In this paper, the system development background, the social demand and the significance are mentioned firstly. Then the system design and the implementation of the target system are introduced with emphasis. In the part of system design, the whole scheme is proposed on the system implementation goal, the implementation mentality and the system analysis; in particular, the function design and the database design of the system are given in detail. In the part of system implementation, methods are introduced about how to implement each module of the system. Finally, an objective evaluation of the system is made by carrying out a comprehensive system testing, and a scheme of optimization is put forward considering the defects of the system detected in the testing in this paper.
