The Design And Implementation Of Qingdao Habor Vocational And Technical College’s Employment Information Management System

In recent years, Internet gains its high-speed development, and the application of network has already been used in the daily teaching and working in college. To speak of, the Graduates Employment Management Systerm used in Universities and colleges is the excellent one. A system inquired with stable, security, efficient can make the management working more scientific and normative. This paper take example of Qingdao Gangwan Polytechnic, designing and developing employment and management system equipped with its own features.The paper describes the present situation of the management of graduates’ employment, showing the necessity and significance of the system, and shows the related work domestic and overseas. Afterwards, paper points out the requirements of the system according to the Gangwan’s real facts. The theory of design and development, the whole process of system design, the process of main module design and the system implementations are shown in the rest paper. Moreover, the design and development principle,and the core technology used in development are showed as well.System described in this paper is comprehensively used JSP and SQL Server 2005 techniques, built a B/S system based on Web. After the system was tested and put online, we proved its usability. The system improved the efficient and quality greatly indeed. And it is a good platform used by graduates, teachers in the employment of Polytechnic and the employer companies.
