Details of a steel wire for tire circumference measurement of a circle system, this paper introduces the PLC-based wire circle week length gauge mechanical structure, measuring principle and ECU hardware and software design. PLC on the wire circle with length measuring instrument for control week, while using an inertial filtering algorithm to filter noise effectively and improve the equipment of anti-interference ability, so that the equipment has been greatly improved accuracy, while measurement results can be achieved±0.1mm and stable performance.
