The Design And Realization Of The Running System Of Compiled PLC

As one of the three major pillars in Automation Industry,Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)which is a very important industrial equipment plays more and more important role in the field of industry manufacture.However,such a crucial indusrial facility,the home market has been monopolised by the product of foreign commpanies all the time,such as siemens,AB,OMRON,Mitsubishi,GE and so on.The economic security in our country that is enslaved to foreign products will be effected,so we must have autonomous innovations,we must have our PLC which has proprietary intellectual property rights in the field of industry,the research of PLC can not stop at the stage of digest.Hower in the hardware design ,which provides us material basis and the opportunity that we can overtake foreign products is the rapid development of the advanced high performance of singlechips which become more and more mature.The paper which analyses the operational principle of PLC running system,controlling scenario,system model,software components, advances the system design scheme of Compiled PLC,including the operation mode implemented,the memory allocated,the flash management,the I/O management,the time management,the serial port management,the commnunication protocol ,the exception-handler. The author designed the Compiled PLC running system,building a least system in the hardware of SK PLC. The whole system divided into eight parts:the memory allocated,the flash management,the I/O management,the time management,the serial port management,the commnunication protocol,the exception-handler and the operation mode,this paper will expatiate the Compiled PLC running system from the above aspects .The paper presents bit intructs tested experiments and comprehensive experiment in order to test the system function.The PLC running system which the paper introduced implements the basic function that a running system of Compiled PLC has,but if you make every function become mature,more analysis,research and debugging work will be needed.If it is applied in the environment of the industrial control,becoming a qualified products,more and more research on the PLC which the paper introduced will be done.The paper make an active research and helpful explorations on the homemade Compiled running system of PLC.
