Nowadays, all modern production and daily life need variety of data transmission.it has became the most important part of the modern communication process. During the transmission, it not only requires high accuracy, fast speed, but also high security. Traditional microwave communication utilize microwave as a carrier to transmit data. It takes a wide frequency band, easy to be interfered, client can access to internet via connecting PC to internet port. This brings a low security network, and poor transmission capacity. However, this problem can be overcome by introducing VLAN technology. The client's access priority and logic subnet are largely increased by dividing VLAN network. Certain clients are limited in a certain sub-network, they are not allowed to access to other networks without authority by administrator. As a result, it enables pointed transmission, can reduce useless response, more capacity margin is left, therefore, improve microwave transmission quality. The VLAN technology introduced by the essay achieves high speed and high security communication between computers; therefore solve the problems in traditional microwave transmission. In the article, VLAN technology is embedded into microwave transmission equipment. This enables the equipment not only to be a transparent transmitter but also performs as a switch which can implement flexible configuration to the data. The microwave device with VLAN feature is a great innovation, from a single transparent product upgrade to flexible VLAN configuration equipment.
