TD-SCDMA is China's independent intellectual property rights raised by a third-generation mobile communication standards and become the world's three major 3G standard. TD networks with large-scale construction in the country, wireless network planning, in particular, frequency planning is a very important part.Networks optimization and improvement can be affected directly. This research work described in TD using genetic algorithms to solve the network frequency planning.This research work based on the characteristics and key technologies of TD network, according to the characteristics of genetic algorithm and application scenarios, around the existing frequency planning in practical projects, construction and use of MATLAB programming model to be realized, and in the planning of the software will generate the optimal genetic algorithm frequency planning interference analysis of the results. On this basis, the number of the genes, control parameters, the results of the algorithm to compare the genetic algorithm method with the traditional frequency planning advantages and disadvantages, summarized the main conclusions and practical reference for the project, and the prospects for genetic algorithm discussed.
