As the telecom industry restructuring,3G license issuance, China Mobile TD-SCDMA license to obtain. As the third phase of TD-SCDMA mobile network Linfen has also been put into operation, the face of the new TD-SCDMA network,3G/2G interoperability issues between networks, the evaluation index of Linfen city to achieve the assessment requirements, to quality level of 2G networks, network services have to be recognized by our customers, and network optimization will be a long-term, arduous task.TD-SCDMA standard developed by the leading Chinese manufacturers as the third generation mobile communications standard, and the first Chinese enterprise with independent intellectual property rights of mainstream mobile communications standard, we must master the key technology of TD-SCDMA 3G standard with other advantages, as soon as possible improve TD-SCDMA network. TD-SCDMA uses FDMA, TDMA, CDMA, SDMA multiple access a variety of ways, as well as TDD, smart antenna, joint detection, software radio, dynamic channel allocation and other advanced wireless technologies, with high frequency utilization, respiratory effects obvious features. For Linfen move, how to cost-effectively build a TD-SCDMA network to ensure cost-effective network construction is our concern.Based on the study of the theory TD-SCDMA, the system described TD-SCDMA network planning, optimization of some key technologies, methods and focus indicators. Meanwhile, the local network with the actual movement of Linfen, determine appropriate corrective optimization objective, theory and reality, the weak from the address network coverage, switch failure, access failure, frequent dropped calls, and several other aspects of the examples highlighted taken to optimize the TD-SCDMA means and methods to optimize the limited resources, so that the coordinated development of 2G/3G network, providing our customers with better service.
