The development of Network and Information technology connect all the information resources to build a immense network space, at the same time, information resources display heterogeneous and dynamic which challenge the integration of information. Nowadays, suppliers,producers and distributors work as a supply chain instead of conventional free market structure, they share logistics information in order to integrate resources and cut down cost and improve operation efficiency as well.This article states the definition and the importance of logistics technology, analyses the present situation,problems and trend of development of the logistics informatization. It also analyses the trend of Modern Corporation and illustrates basic ideas for integration of information based on XML technology. This article focuses on the framework of integration for corporation information and explains further about the center for exchange of information. At last, it introduces SOAP and the model for exchange of information; compares SOAP and other methods to show the disadvantages of traditional distributed multitier application system-Web, discusses the advantages of the use of XML in dynamic Web,and gives a model based on the data generated by dynamic Web of XML.
