Highway tunnel monitoring system can be adjusted driving environment in the tunnel, reduces the tunnel of discomfort. So it will reduce road traffic accident rate of tunnel, improving the operation of tunnel.This paper introduces the characteristics of traffic environment and fire in tunnel, and expounds the necessity of establishing the tunnel monitoring system, and states the design principles. It expounds characteristics of tunnel as a special traffic, and the function and composition of tunnel monitoring system. According to the characteristics of tunnel, proposes the design concept of tunnel transport system, tunnel ventilation system, tunnel lighting system, fire and fire fighting system, presents a preliminary project proposal of tunnel monitoring software.Through the analysis of the particularity of tunnel, this paper discusses the importance of the establishment of tunnel monitoring system and software, and renders the design scheme of tunnel transport system, ventilation system, lighting system, fire and fire control system. This paper puts forward the functional requirements of software product and the definition of hardware interface and the control mode, and puts forward the software analysis chart and equipment control method of the traffic system, ventilation system, lighting system, fire and fire control system.It establishes the control software strategy, and puts forward the design concept of software.Based on the GanQuan tunnel and the present situation research and design of tunnel, this paper designs t he tunnel monitoring software system of tunnel transport system, tunnel ventilation system, tunnel lighting system, fire and fire control system, and achieves intelligent management of the tunnel.
