With the advances in medical and health conditions, B-mode ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, which are used in clinical examination as an essential diagnostic instrument, is developing at the direction of miniaturization and digitalization. And for its advantages in good imaging, high resolution, portability, easy operability and low price, it becomes popular in more and more families. This paper aims at transforming analogical B-ultra into digital B-ultra.An B-ultra signal processing system is designed in this thesis according to mamufacturer's requirement. The system consists of software and hardware. The hardware sub-system is a signal processing board with AD, FPGA, DSP and the revelent external circuit. And it focuses on designing the schematics, PCB layout, signal integrity analysis and testing. The software section performs signal sampling, dynamic filtering, envelope detection, logarithmic compression, and non-uniformity correction in the FPGA, and image interpolation, amplification, noise removal, storage in the DSP. Finally, B-scan image is written into FPGA through FPGA's peripheral interface and displaying on the monitor. The experiment on the human bionic modules is included, and its result shows that the B ultra-signal processing system demonstrates some advantages in image horizontal and vertical resolution, uniform solid backgrounds, range of display and real-time .The design have met the design targets and contained some practical value.
