| With the continuous development of domestic automotive industry and sharply increasing demand for tires in recent years, production efficiency and quality will become focal points, among which tire vulcanization is one of the most important processes in tire production. At present, manual vulcanization is the key process in tire production, and thus can not meet market requirements. Therefore, a computer-aided system for tire vulcanization monitoring production process, product management and personnel management, is of great practical significance and application value in improving tire production and tire quality.Firstly, this paper describes the current development of tire vulcanization technology, as well as the core technology in vulcanization monitoring system, with the focus placed on the working principle and implementation method of the vulcanization monitoring system. Secondly, in-depth analysis of tire vulcanization process and commercial demand of production is conducted with tire vulcanization workshop production as the basis. Finally, adopting PLC control technology and Delphi development tool, a tire vulcanization monitoring system is designed and implemented. The paper elaborates on demand analysis, designing and implementation of the system, and works out a detailed implementation method and procedure for the application of PLC in vulcanization monitoring and production management.The system proposed in this paper can monitor dynamic information in the vulcanization process, accurately reflect temperature, pressure and production status of the vulcanization process, and obtain data of vulcanization production monitoring, personnel arrangement and product yields according to different situations. And thus the system can provide relevant data for tire production. Through analyzing the monitoring data, this system can realize the quality control of each batch of products, standardize operational procedure, and greatly improve work efficiency. |
