In the process of production of tires, vulcanization process is the last process, and because of the long manufacture time, concentration of production, and large energy sources consuming, it becomes the main bottleneck of the whole tire production process. In the vulcanization production process, because of frequent changes in market demand and the effect of random factors in the production process, there is often a large deviation between actual vulcanization production process and vulcanization production plan designed. At present, artificial method of re-planning adjustment, which has slow reaction and the low optimization level of the planned results, does not meet the actual needs of production. So it is particularly important and urgent to study effective re-planning method and software of vulcanization.In this thesis, an analysis of the issue of vulcanization production re-planning content is made under the background of a tire factory in a large tire enterprise. And the deep research has been done in the re-planning schedule of tire vulcanization production. The re-planning schedule of the tire vulcanization production for the large tire enterprise has been entirely made manually. In spite of the unabridged rule for the re-planning schedule of vulcanization production, the re-planning schedule of the tire vulcanization production has large computing workload for the problem of lots of manual coordination and resource balance. And because transferring information is been limited by manual operations, the re-planning method is not enough timely and accurate. So it is important for improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise to research and develop the efficient vulcanization production re-planning software.The main content of this article is as follow:First of all, the re-planning process of tire vulcanization production is described. The tire production process and vulcanization production physical devices is introduced, and the artificial-making re-planning process of tire vulcanization production is analyzed, and the features and difficulties of tire vulcanization production re-planning is studied, and the problems of the current artificial re-planning schedule of tire vulcanization production is pointed out.Secondly, the method of tire vulcanization production re-planning is studied. With summarizing the experience in the artificial schedule and the method of tire vulcanization production re-planning, a mathematical model of tire vulcanization production re-planning is established, and it is solved based on heuristic rules.Thirdly, the software of tire vulcanization production re-planning is designed and developed. On the basis of the clear design objectives and design principles, the modules is designed of the software, which mainly have the inquiry module of tire vulcanization production re-planning, and the schedule module of tire vulcanization production re-planning, and the maintenance module of the production base information, and the module of algorithm parameter, and the module of device information, and so on. And the modules are also developed. At last, with the field data, the effectiveness of the software is verified.
