Real estate industry belongs to the basic superior industry.During the rising of the house prices, speculative group added fuel to theflames,and therefore irrational speculation have great effect on the house prices. Andthe ordinary people who were at the bottom pay the price for the high house price.Aimed at above problem, we choose real estate trade process as case study. Basedon a deep analysis of real estate cost,we propose an real estate trading system for somedesignated areas.It is an entire management process from source to final housingproperty. Finally,to realize an analyzable cost management system for real estate source.The main contents are:1. The cost issued by the real estate developer. Real estate model developed in thecourse of construction.2. Develop unified resource management system.Through introducing item cards,to realize the whole process management of the resource of the real estate.3. Establishing the transaction of electronic monitoring system,to realize thebehavior analysis and exception monitoring during the transaction. To avoid illegal orabnormal behavior,to be a regulatory tool of controlling the house prices.4. By practical data and research production,we can look forward to the future anddevelopment trend.Regional real estate resources transaction management system to standardize theregional real estate transactions unified management, implementation of governmentguidance, market transaction, standardized operation, effective supervision, constructionof the regional real estate resources integration of online trading operation mechanism.Construction area, convenient, efficient, uniform standard, open regional real estateresources trading platform, and gradually formed a perfect regional real estate resourcestrading system, to maximize the regional area real estate resources transaction efficiency,promote the healthy development of real estate transactions.
