Research On MPLS VPN Experiment System Based Virtual Router

With the increasing number of internet users, more and more real-time services are added into the network, such as IPTV, online-video, Voice over IP, etc. IP network has become a multi-task integrated digital network. Based on the current network architecture, MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) has been proposed in order to provide adequate QoS (Quality of Service) that traditional IP network fails to deliver.In this paper, we first describe the detailed information on the realization of MPLS VPN Laboratory System based on VR (Virtual Router) Technology. Then we propose a data encryption function for the MPLS VPN Laboratory System. At last, we realize exhibition function of VR topology in the MPLS VPN Laboratory System.On the other hand, with the prevalence of MPLS VPN solution, the number of terminal clients, as well as that of special cooperation internal sites is increasing. In order to solve the Inter-AS (Autonomous System) problem between different MANs (Metropolitan Area Network) or between different backbone networks, a better interconnect model, Inter-domain MPLS VPN, is designed. It is a different interconnect model which is different from the traditional MPLS VPN architecture. Hence, we give the detailed analysis in MPLS VPN Inter-AS problem and we also propose several solutions. We gave the detailed description, comparison and analysis for each solution. And also analyse the advantage of using the OPTION A solution in MPLS VPN experiment system.
