The coming of new economy and the innovation of business model greatly deepen the understanding of business rules, which makes that the research on business model be in the ascendant.The emergence of the new economy and the rise and fall of Internet companies promote people's business to deepen understanding of the law, so that more and more emphasis on corporate business models.In recent years, new outdoor media industry business model innovation is the most active. The most representative is the Focus Media business model and Sichuan point Media business model.This selected Focus Media business model and Sichuan point Media business model as an object of study, comparative analysis.First of all, The paper reviews the literature on business model for the last ten years and discusses the meaning and the nature of business model. Moreover, a structural dimensional framework for designing business model is also put forward in the article,Expounded the theory of industrial evolution.Then, the paper analyzes the macroeconomic environment, using PEST theory. this article analyzes the new outdoor media industry. In this section, the purpose of defining the outdoor new media industries, and on this basis, from the market, competition, policy, technology industry, these four key elements of the point of view, dynamic analysis method of the outdoor new media industry, was combed.The paper comparative analysis Focus Media business model and Sichuan point Media business model from the perspective of value proposition, core strategy, resource allocation, organizational design, value network, product or service design, business revenue mechanism and profit potential.Finally, the paper analyzes the relationship between the business models and the industrial environment.
