Under the direction of macroscopic design principle and state design theory of the Stored Testing and Measuring System (STMS), the data storage test system for the measurement of certain missile is designed in this paper. This system mainly completes acquisition, encoding and storage of various telemetry signals of the missile during flight. Recovery and post processing of the data can be implemented by the comprehensive ground test system after the memory was retrieved.Based on understanding developmental actuality and trend of telemetry recorder, the dissertation adopts FPGA as main control chip and FLASH as storage chip to design the telemetry recorder system. It improves the system's flexibility and reliability, while memory adopts the comprehensive protection technologies which increase the anti-overload of memory. The comprehensive ground test system using internal ring bus based on LVDS, effectively improves data transmission speed of the system.The data recorder in the missile recording system communicates with the comprehensive ground test system through a long cable in parallel, and the the comprehensive ground test system communicates with compute by USB2.0. In this way, the long-distance control and real-time monitor to the recorder are achieved.According to the requirements of the system, the paper proposes the overall design of the system,and analyze the composition and function of the system. The design of the hardware circuits and control logic of data collection unit, data memory and the comprehensive ground test system are studied concretely. The key technologies are discussed in detail,and finally the test results are analyzed. The testing of experimentation proves that the data storage test system can obtain all data accurately and perfectly.
