Medical infrared imaging is a non-invasive examination means. It is a high-tech, which records infrared radiation of human body surface by infrared camera and processes infrared thermography by computer software technology. This technology is simple,objective, accurate, non-invasive and non-destructive, so it is effective in early diagnosis of diseases, and it has widely been applied to various fields of clinical medicine.Medical infrared thermal imaging has broad application prospects, however, there is no systematic method of diagnosing human body lesions. Therefore, it is very significant for studying diagnosis of human body lesions by infrared thermography. This paper mainly studied the methods of the acquirement the clear processing, and the analysis of infrared thermography for diagnosis of diseases.This paper studied the system composition, performance indexes and working environment of medical infrared imaging, which are the preconditions for acquiring accurate infrared thermography. And some methods of image preprocessing were also discussed, including adaptive histogram equalization, semi-soft threshold wavelet denoising, restricted Laplace edge enhancement, adaptive threshold of the pseudo-color processing. These methods make infrared thermography clear and improve visual effect of human eyes, which establish foundation for subsequent analysis of human lesions. Finally, we studied the thermal analysis and gray-scale symmetrical region analysis of diagnosis of human lesions emphasized in this paper. The method of thermal analysis was that we made the initial judgment according to the diagnostic criteria of human infrared thermography, and adopted color image segmentation to acquire the lesions region. The method of symmetrical region analysis was that we adopted the regional subtraction and the gray-gaps to analyze the lesions, which based on the basic symmetrical principle of human body. These methods have their own scope of application.We have got fairly good results of analysis through applying these methods to the concrete infrared imaging, and proved the feasibility and validity in their own scope.
