Along with the enhancement and development of our society, more and more people pay lots of attention to health care and hygiene. As a kind of non-contact and fast detection means, medical equipment based on infrared thermal image will also be a good promotion. Software match to the medical equipment which provides various kinds of functions is developed and explored actively at the same time. Health care Special software is designed for diagnosing using infrared thermal image, the doctor can make an assessment report and gives opinions of the test's physical health condition according to the analyze of the changing way of a test's infrared image, which has broad application prospects.This paper first introduces the infrared thermography's development, basic principles of infrared thermal temperature measurement, then designed and developed a health care special software on the basis of infrared thermography, it realized a fulfillment of the infrared thermography applications in the civilian aspects and it is a success expansion. Software combines different features of the software programming language, using a hybrid Python and C programming language demonstrating the development advantages of a hybrid programming software structure.In this paper the software needs were analyzed, and the overall framework was designed, the overall software system was divided into analysis subsystem, reporting subsystem, image acquisition system an database subsystem. The analysis software interface is developed in the analysis subsystem, a 14 section special temperature scale is designed; In the report subsystem, the print output module is developed, the information management module is realized by using the object database, and the dynamic library interface of the automatic diagnosis module is developed. After the completion of the software system, follows a corresponding test and analysis, with a system test case, an analysis which points out the deficiencies in the existing conditions is made. Finally, the whole thesis are summarized and discussed.
