Design And Implementation Of Network Management Station Base On S3C2410

With the development of the network technology, the network application is getting more and more thorough. More and more attention was put on the management problem coming from the big network center. On the contrary, those from the terminal node of network were still unsolved. The management of network terminal became a serious problem, because of extremely adverse environmental condition, the lace of equipment and the lower level of technique.Some practical problems were analyzed firstly; a great deal of network management techniques were studied secondly; the request of network management and the limit of external conditions were also considered; the function and guideline were brought forward then; network management station which is suitable for network terminal was developed finally. Hardware flat is built up on the base of S3C2410. Arm-Linux operating system was transplanted. Net-SNMP software was installed. Through the SNMP information polling and the Trap information real-time receive, realizes the network management data acquisition, and coordinates an ICMP package of test to realize the more accurate network fault location, forms the trouble shooting operation prompt. Through used the sound electro-optic diversification the warning pattern, the simple practical data analysis demonstration to achieve rapidly, succinct, reliable, the practical design requirements.This article uses the more unique computational method, the establishment renewal performance data reference quantity, not only retained the history performance data reference value effectively, but also has solved the bottleneck problem which the network management monitoring data is unable to save huge, causes possibly to realize into based on the embedded network management system.
