As the rapid development of Web service, the Web services with same or approximate functions are more and more, and how to choose the satisfied service from a large number of Web services is being payed close attention to. At present, service reputation is explained to the feed back to Web service quality by consumers, but this explanation only constrain the reputation to consumers'subjective feeling and lack of objective representation of performance.. How to make the reputation objectively reflect the performance of services in Server-side and the difference between consumers'perceiving and service providers' promised performance, and how to give the objective and true evaluation to service reputation to help the consumer to choose the appropriate service are become a problem to solve.According to this requirement, this thesis proposes the evaluating reputation approach of end to end Web service, which help consumer to choose the proper service through evaluating the service reputation. This thesis has four parts to research, which contain the SLA of End to end oriented Web service reputation evaluation, the monitor process of end-to-end Web service quality, the measurement of Qos metrics and reputation model.According to the service reputation evaluation oriented frame of SLA, this set the basic objection of SLA to service operation rank, each objection corresponding to related QoS parameter, and giving an example to exhibition. According to end to end service model, this thesis researches the managing objection information structure of monitor model, through the proxy in Server and Client, giving the approach that mete-data from proxy store as the managing objection information structure. For the part of QoS metrics, this thesis researches the approach of making the real time meta-data generate the QoS parameter. For reputation model, this thesis researches an approach of description from consistence and factuality and classification from local reputation and global reputation, and proposes the approach of active distributing the local reputation and global reputation weight to generate the service reputation evaluation results. At last, this thesis give two examples which respectively verifies the approach's effectiveness of end-to-end service reputation evaluation based SLA and the reputation model in helping consumers choose services.
