Research On Automatic Oil Delivery Management System In Tank Farm

Speeding up the informationization construction of the oil computer management in tank form makes the very important function to anticipate the oil supply management and the oil support in battle. Oil plays an increasing important role in the industrial modernization, transportation and military as well as military depot, which as a bond of the coordination of oil security and oil supplies in war. With the computer technology development, it makes computer management of oil in tank form become possible. This paper presents the design and implementation of the control part and communication part of the oil delivery management system in tank farm.(1) Consideration of the oil delivery management system made the current situation and prospects, the design of hardware and software, including the overall framework, the overall software architecture and all functions of the various modules of software and hardware design with a specific computing processing flow, temperature signal acquisition and processing, signal static, anti-overflow signal monitoring collection, processing operation of the menu, the oil and the preservation of data, electro-hydraulic valve control module, and so on.(2)Communication part's design uses the CAN bus technology, which fits the CAN2.0 A and BasicCAN's standard frame format. We design the communication standard between control unit and information management unit, introduce the fault-tolerance method in the process of the data communication, and then realize the data share between information gather system and host computer. It guarantees the oil delivery and IC card control, store data for a long time and query data very quickly and conveniently.(3)Through the anti-jamming technology, the system realizes the hardware and software reliability. In the industry application, SCM control system must reliable and stable run in the long time, otherwise, system will worse. Hardware anti-jamming technology is active; software anti-jamming technology is passive. The system provide the power-fail defection, watch dog reset and PCB broad anti-jamming technology and so on.(4) In the process of development, we found some system lacking. The first, the micro-process is P89C51, its speed and 110 ports has some limit, it can lose the pulse when the frequency above 50Hz. Because the device around CPU is more, so UO port has been used absolutely, it can not to extend the external device. Another choice of the CPU is ARM series that is 32bit processor.
