To meet the demand of the integrated automation in oil depot and the automation of oil storage&transportation, the automation system of oil delivery in oil depot is designed and developed according to the fieldbus and DCS (Distributed Control System). This automation system included the monitoring&control station and the local control device, and they are connected by the Profibus-DP. The monitoring&control station performs the functions of monitoring and controlling the oil delivery, the data collection and storage and the configuration in the oil delivery automation system. The control device performs the functions such as program control, specific quantity control and interlock control.Since ANN (Artificial Neural Network) has the powerful characteristics of non-linear mapping and information storage, by training the three-layer BP network according to the Oil Measure Table, a model of compensating error in form of three-layer BP network is realized. With the parameter of the designed BP model, the error in oil delivery caused by temperature is compensated.During the oil delivery, a strong pressure will occur in the oil pipe if the velocity of oil flow changes greatly in a short time. This paper discusses what generates the strong pressure, analyses what about the pressure with different valves, and calculates ihe maximal limited velocity of oil flow with different valves.Because of the inertia of oil flow, the delay of the data transmission and the lag of mechanical device, when the CLOSE command is executed at the moment of the actual quantity being equal exactly with the specific quantity, the superfluous oil will be pumped. Since the accurate of automation system will decrease because of the superfluous oil, the method of adjusting automatically based on flux is adopted in this automation system, the detailed calculation steps is explained and the according code in PLC is provided.The OPC specification is a series of standard interface protocols of OLE/COM, and it realizes the communication mechanism that the client application can access to the data source with a standard method. The structure of the communication based on the OPC specification is Client/Server. The provider of data source develops the OPC server, providing services of data source to the application according with OPC specification by the OPC interface. Each OPC server can be accessed by the OPC client developed by the customer. On the basis of introducing SIMAT1C OPC server, this paper explains the detailed process of developing the OPC client and provides the specific realization of the OPC client according to the oil delivery automation.At last, the design of anti-jamming with PLC system is introduced. Besides, the consistency of shared data in monitoring&control station is discussed and the solution is provided in this paper.
