Recently with the change of energy and power demand structure and environment protection all over the world. Micro-turbine power generation technology has draw high attention at Power, energy and other relevant section. It is wide accepted as typical and practical solution because of its environment-friendless and high energy-convert efficiency. Three-stage Brushless Generator units is widely use construction in Micro-turbine generator units. The quality of its excitation control system design directly impacts the performance of the generator.The development of modern control theory and computer science provides the theory and Material basis for the depth study of digital excitation control system. All of these promote the development of digital excitation control system. Now the digital control excitation system substitutes the analog control excitation system gradually and becomes the trend of excitation control system for synchronous generator. Control method development from the traditional PID control to the Intelligent Control.Under this background, this thesis was written on optimization design of three-stage brushless micro-turbine synchronous generator units excitation control system which was developed by Northeastern University and Shenyang Aerospace Xinguang Group. The main works of the thesis are shown as follow.(1) The paper proposes a detection method of three-phase AC current source based on DSP and realizes the function of Watchdog reset of software multipoint monitoring, according to the problem that original system can not realize three-phase AC current detection and reset when meeting problems.(2) The paper adopts serial port SCI to realize flash programming instead of JTAG, according to the requirement that system can not use bare JTAG for flash programming. In addition, the paper proposes a software encryption Methods based on SCI port to solve the problem of intellectual property rights protection.(3) The paper optimizes the condition of code, according to code redundancy of original system and unstable operation. it not only promotes the executive efficiency of system code, but also enhances the operation stability of the system. In addition, the paper proposes two test schemes of executive efficency.(4) Combine the advantages of the integral-separated PID Control-arithmetic and the Incompletion Differential PID Control-arithmetic, make a optimization design of the original excitation controller, According to the effect of PID control can not fully fit the project requirements, Through experiments show the optimized PID excitation controller has greater Control performance.(5) A kind of fuzzy self-adjusting PID excitation control strategy is proposed according to the time change quality and nonlinearity of control system.then, use the theory of fuzzy mathematics to calculate the fuzzy control table, Realize the fuzzy control mode of calculate offline and look-up table online.The simulation research is carried out and the results indicate that the fuzzy self-adjusting PID excitation controller has better controlling effect than the general PID excitation controller. which supplied the thorygist and technical foundation for the upgrade and reconstruction of the project.
