Design And Implementation Of The Performance Evaluation System Based On Script Parser

With the development of computer technology, the institutions put out information management needs on performance evaluation. The performance evaluation system based on Script Parser will make the institutions and employee consistent with the standard performance. The evaluation process can improve staff performance, development institutions culture and enhance the competitiveness. Design based on Script parser makes the system easy to use and accept for institutions.The problems of performance evaluation system in two aspects are analyzed:on the one hand, with the performance evaluation system gradually expanded in different fields, users need the system more flexible and more extensible; on the other hand, the increasing market demands need the system shorten the development cycle and improve the adaptability. Through the analysis, we can find that the performance evaluation system present can set evaluation criteria freely, but it can't achieve the evaluation data automatically. The data inputting manual cause the week evaluation and moon evaluation impossible.This thesis mainly described the design and implementation of performance evaluation system based on parse script. At first the feasibility of data extraction is analyzed, the plan based on parse script is proposed, and then the paper introduces how to manage the script and how to execute the scripts in detail, the thesis describes the detail implementation following, such as the process of the program running in script analysis and the data transmission runtime. The thesis also adopts a specific application to introduce how to use the Script Parser in the performance evaluation system. In the practical aspect, the design and implementation based on Script, Parser not only improves the ability of adapting various needs, but also shortens the development cycle. At last, the limitations of the system based on Script Parser are given, the prospect of the performance evaluation system based on Script Parser is proposed as well.
