| The early 21st century, our local TV stations off the TV news of reform, a number of news programs has risen rapidly, the main features of these television part of everyday life is the focus, reporting tools and flexible, in the course of development to obtain high ratings and popularity. There is no doubt that local television screens, the people's livelihood after the news emerged as a new and distinctive television news section, it was more focused on the broad body of civilians, most of the people like it, has achieved very good ratings, and social efficiency. Jiangxi TV City Channel's "City live" and "City Express" as a brand-new program formats, programming at the launch at the beginning, is indeed refreshing to a certain extent, which meet the needs of the audience for news coverage. However, after years of development, it also shows some two tranches of program can not be overlooked issue affecting their sustainable development.This paper is divided into five major sections. Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of the study, and the research at home and abroad. Secondly, the paper divides three major stages of "civil news" of China's o, defined on content and features of "civil news", and distinguished between "civil news" and social news, citizen news and media reports. The papers sufficient in the current "civil news" of Jiangxi TV City Channel, analyzes systematically status of the channels of "civil news", carefully studies the current "civil news" of Jiangxi TV Channel which focus on solving difficult problems. At last, the paper explores and finds solutions to contemporary TV news programs that existed in the "civil news" from five parts. |
