At present,most of the oil field at high water content,low oil content phase in China.The oil of water content of the oil wells is increasing.water content detection sensors used in the past,in terms of the stability and accuracy of the work,it has been unable to meet the needs of high water-bearing oil for testing.Accurate measurements of the water content of the oil well will directly affect the economic benefits of oil in the process of collecting,testing,dehydration,transportation,and eventual sale.In order to adapt to the transition from low water content to high water state,the requirements for oil detection equipment are also more stringent.The phase method microwave moisture content detection sensor,it has higher resolution and more accurate measurement in high water content detection.Microwave detection sensor for high water content phase method,using the phase effect characteristics of microwave sensors to experiment,the effects of temperature and salinity on the detection accuracy of the phase method microwave sensor were studied.by the treatment of the experimental results,to fit the equation of the curve,The influence law of temperature on the measurement precision of oil moisture content is obtained.The main components of salinity(strontium sulfate,barium sulfate,calcium carbonate),by the single factor test method and the two-factor test method,the influence law of salinity on the precision measurement of oil moisture content is obtained.By using the law of the experimental results,the detection accuracy of the phase method microwave moisture content sensor was increased to 3%.in order to improve the precision of oil moisture content detection,the necessary correction parameters and theoretical basis are provided.
